Every piece goes through five quality checkpoints during our small-batch production process. We pay close attention to everything from the finish and feel to the clasps and final details before a piece leaves us.
Eligible new, unworn pieces in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned for store credit when requested within 30 days of delivery. No refunds. Customers pay return shipping and a $15 exchange-shipping fee, except for incorrect shipments or confirmed manufacturing defects. Fine jewelry, custom pieces, and final-sale items are excluded. Our jewelry is nickel-free, lead-free, cadmium-free, and crafted for sensitive skin with skin-safe base metals.
