Final Sale
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any styles.
- Fine jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return requests only for store credit or exchange (excluding fine jewelry).
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- Jewelry showing any signs of wear will be returned to you.
- All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Important Notes
- Store credits cannot be combined with any sale, discount, or promo codes.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at customersupport@eklexic.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to exchange or return for store credit
- For exchanges: the desired item and size (if applicable)

- After dispatch, please share the shipment tracking details for faster processing.
Processing
- Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item.
- If approved, we will either issue store credit or ship your exchange.
- If there is a price difference on an exchange, we will send an invoice. Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Sale & Promotional Items
- Items purchased during a sale or with a promo code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Store credit cannot be used with other sales or promo codes, and discount codes cannot be stacked.
- Price adjustments: Eklexic Jewelry does not offer price adjustments on any orders. All prices, sales, and promotional offers are valid only at the time the order is placed. Sale pricing, promotional discounts, or updated promotional offers will not be applied retroactively to orders placed prior to the launch of a particular sale or promotion, even if the order has not yet shipped. Promotional pricing is valid exclusively for purchases made during the active dates of the designated promotion.
Received the Wrong Item?

- We'll review and confirm next steps.
- We will send a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the incorrect item, we'll ship the correct one at no cost.
