At eklexic, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.
Production & Processing Time
- Orders take 1–5 business days to produce and ship, even if overnight shipping is selected.
- If you need your order sooner, rush production may be available for an additional $30 fee. Please note your rush request in the order comments. A sales representative will contact you if approved.
- Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- USPS Ground Advantage (Standard 4–10 business days) – FREE
- USPS Priority Mail (2–4 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout
- UPS Next Day (1–2 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and UPS. Neither USPS nor UPS guarantee delivery dates or times.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS, UPS, and DHL. International shipping rates apply at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees on international shipments.
- We are not responsible for delays, customs issues, or additional fees incurred during international transit.
Responsibility & Risk of Loss
Eklexic Jewelry assumes responsibility for your order while it is in our possession. Once delivered to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier.
- We are not liable for carrier choice, delays, or errors caused by USPS, UPS, DHL, or customs authorities.
- We do not use customer-provided shipping accounts.
Fulfillment Schedule
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM (PST) are processed the same day and shipped within 2 business days (unless out of stock).
- Orders placed Monday–Friday after 1:00 PM (PST) are processed the next business day and shipped within 2 business days (unless out of stock).
- Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM (PST) or over the weekend are processed on Monday and shipped within 2 business days.
- If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email.
Return to Sender / Incorrect Address
- If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us at info@eklexic.com within 10 minutes of purchase to request a correction.
- Orders returned to sender due to customer address errors will incur an $11 re-shipping fee for domestic orders.
- The customer is responsible for re-shipping fees in cases of incorrect address entry.
Package Delivered but Not Received
Eklexic is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
If your package has not been delivered after 21 days, please contact our customer service team for further investigation.
Delays Due to External Factors
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Unforeseen weather conditions
- Carrier technical issues
- Customs delays (for international orders)
If your package is returned to Eklexic for these reasons, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
