What’s Covered

✔ Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
✔ Repair or replacement of clasps, chains, and soldering faults
✔ Replacement of small accent stones (under 2mm) lost under normal wear
✔ Complimentary plating refresh (gold vermeil or rhodium) once per year
✔ Complimentary repairs for eligible warranty claims

What’s Not Covered

✘ Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, surface wear)
✘ Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal use
✘ Missing center stones over 2mm
✘ Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
✘ Repairs or modifications performed outside Eklexic Jewelry

How It Works

1. Email our support team with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.

2. Our specialists will review and confirm warranty eligibility.

3. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

4. If not covered, we’ll provide a repair/replacement quote.
